Pipe fabrication underway inside Vector’s shop

Safety + quality

The standard
travels with us.

Safety is a shared responsibility—for our employees, our clients, and the communities where we work.

Our commitment

Prepared before
the work begins.

Vector makes safety part of field preparation and daily execution. Employees receive general safety orientation and hazard-communication training before starting work, followed by instruction in the hazards and procedures specific to their assignment.

In practice

Awareness. Action.
Accountability.

01

Train for the assignment.

Job-specific instruction prepares employees for their work. Training continues when assignments change or new equipment, processes, or hazards are introduced.

02

Speak up in the field.

Employees are encouraged to report hazards to their supervisor immediately and without fear of reprisal. Safety is a responsibility shared across the crew.

03

Correct and document.

Reported hazards are evaluated, corrected, and documented. Training records support consistent preparation for the work.

04

Verify the work.

Quality control follows execution from concrete foundations to piping tie-ins. Inspection and testing results belong to the project, with issues identified and addressed in the field.
